Processing Times

  • All in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Cost - depending on the weight

Please Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays or weather events beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s), and we’ll assist you with a claim or replacement.

Digital Products

  • All digital products (e.g., PDF patterns, eBooks) are available for immediate download after payment.

  • You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and via email.

  • If you have trouble accessing your digital download, please contact us at artofpetitpoint@hotmail.com  for support.

Note: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or PDF patterns

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

If Your Item Arrived Damaged or Defective

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery at artofpetitpoint@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll respond within 2 business days and do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email artofpetitpoint@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Wait for Return Authorization
    We’ll send return instructions and an authorization within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the Item
    Ship your item back using the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
